Dal 1 Ottobre 2012 il Comune di Rimini ha istituito l’Imposta di Soggiorno con deliberazione del Consiglio Comunale n. 30 del 14/06/2012 integrata con determina dirigenziale n. 948 del 13/07/2012.

L’imposta si applica sui pernottamenti dei turisti per un massimo di 7 pernottamenti consecutivi.
La misura dell’imposta per questa struttura è di Euro 0,70 a persona a notte.

• Sono previste le seguenti esenzioni:
• i minori fino al compimento del 14 anno di età;
• i soggetti che assistono i degenti ricoverati presso strutture sanitarie del territorio comunale, in ragione di un accompagnatore per paziente;
• il personale appartenente alla polizia di stato e locale, alle altre forze armate, nonché al corpo nazionale dei vigili del fuoco, che soggiornano per esigenze di servizio;
• un autista di pullman e un accompagnatore turistico che presta attività di assistenza a gruppi organizzati dalle agenzie di viaggio e turismo, ogni 25 partecipanti;
• il personale dipendente della struttura ricettiva nella quale svolge attività lavorativa;

Si informano i clienti che per l’omesso, ritardato o parziale versamento dell’imposta di cui sopra, il Comune di Rimini provvederà al recupero della mancata imposta versata, maggiorata di sanzioni ed interessi, ai sensi della normativa vigente.

On 1st October 2012, following decision no. 30 dated 14/06/2012 taken by the Municipal Council, integrated thanks to executive decision no. 948 dated 13/07/2012, the Municipality of Rimini introduced a Tourist Tax.

·  The tax applies to overnight stays for tourists for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

·  The tax applicable for this accommodation facility is 0,70 euro per person per night.

·   The following exemptions apply:

• children under 14 years of age.
• subjects assisting bed-ridden patients admitted to hospitals or clinics on the municipal territory, in the measure of one helper per patient.
• personnel of the national or local police forces or other armed forces, as well as members of the national Fire Fighting Corps on transfer for work reasons.
• one coach driver and one tour guide assisting groups organized by travel and tourism agencies for every 25 participants.
• salaried personnel staying at the accommodation facility in which they work.

We wish to inform guests that in the event of failure to pay, late payment or partial payment of the tax mentioned above, the Municipality of Rimini will arrange to retrieve the tax not paid, in addition to any sanctions and interest applicable, in compliance with existing provisions.

La Commune de Rimini a institué la taxe de séjour depuis le 1er octobre 2012, suite à la délibération du Conseil municipal n° 30 du 14/06/2012, complétée par la décision du dirigeant n° 948 du 13/07/2012.

· Cet impôt s’applique sur les nuitées des touristes, pour un maximum de 7 nuits consécutives.

·   Le tarif de la taxe de séjour pour cet établissement est de 0,70 euros par personne et par nuitée.

·   Sont prévues les exonérations suivantes:

• les mineurs de moins de 14 ans;
• les personnes assistant des malades hospitalisés auprès de structures sanitaires du territoire communal, à raison d’un accompagnateur par patient;
• le personnel appartenant à la police de l’Etat et locale, aux autres forces armées, ainsi qu’au corps national des sapeurs-pompiers, qui séjournent dans le territoire dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions;
• un chauffeur de car et un accompagnateur touristique exerçant une activité d’assistance à des groupes organisés par des agences de voyage et de tourisme, tous les 25 participants;
• le personnel, employé par la structure d’hébergement, qui exerce son activité de travail auprès de celle-ci;

Nous informons la clientèle qu’en cas de non-paiement, paiement partiel ou retard de paiement de la taxe telle que précisée ci-dessus, la Commune de Rimini fera le nécessaire pour récupérer la taxe non versée, à laquelle s’ajouteront des intérêts et des sanctions, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur

·  Ab 1. Oktober 2012 hat die Gemeinde Rimini per Ratsbeschluss Nr. 30 am 14.06.2012 und förmlicher Verordnung Nr. 948 am 13.07.2012 eine Kurtaxe eingeführt.

·  Die Kurtaxe wird für Besucher erhoben, die bis maximal 7 Mal hintereinander in der Stadt übernachten.

·  Die Kurtaxe für diese Einrichtung beträgt 0,70 Euro pro Person und Übernachtung.

·   Freigestellt von der Kurtaxe sind:

• Kinder bis zum 14. Lebensjahr;
• Begleitpersonen von Kranken, die in einem der Krankenhäuser innerhalb der Gemeinde stationär behandelt werden;
• Mitarbeiter der staatlichen und örtlichen Polizei, der Streitkräfte und der nationalen Feuerwehr, die sich aus dienstlichen Gründen in der Stadt aufhalten;
• Busfahrer und Reisebegleiter, die von Reisebüros oder Urlaubsveranstaltern organisierte Reisegruppen betreuen, jeweils ein Busfahrer/Reisebegleiter pro 25 Teilnehmer;
• Mitarbeiter des Beherbergungsbetriebs;

Die Gäste werden darauf hingewiesen, dass im Falle der nicht, nicht rechtzeitig oder unvollständig erfolgten Zahlung der oben genannten Kurtaxe die Gemeinde Rimini die Eintreibung zuzüglich Zinsen und entsprechender Sanktionen veranlassen wird.

С 1 октября 2012 года Муниципалитет г. Римини ввел «налог на пребывание», в соответствии с постановлением муниципального совета № 30 от 14/06/2012, дополненным согласно управленческому решению № 948 от 13/07/2012.

·   Туристический сбор на ночлег взимается с туристов в рамках 7 ночей подряд. Размер налога в гостинице составляет 0,70 Евро на человека за одну ночь.

• Освобождение от оплаты сбора предусматривается в следующих случаях:
• дети в возрасте до 14 лет;
• лица, ухаживающие за стационарными больными, помещенными в медицинские учреждения на территории муниципалитета, из расчета одного сопровождающего на пациента;
• персонал, входящий в состав государственной и местной полиции, иных вооруженных сил, а также и национального корпуса пожарных, пребывающих в гостинице по служебным требованиям;
• водитель автобуса и сопровождающий туристических групп, оказывающий помощь группам, за каждых 25 участников, прибывших по путевкам туристических агентств и бюро путешествий;
• штат наемных работников гостиничной структуры, в которой выполняет трудовую деятельность;

К сведению гостей! За забытую, запоздалую или частичную оплату приведенного выше сбора, Муниципалитет г. Римини позаботится о взыскании суммы неоплаченного налога в увеличенном размере за счет штрафных санкций и пени, в соответствии с действующими нормами.
